Inverted Crosses | |
I'm not one for superstitions, but do find many peoples' objections to the inverted cross interesting. It's also pretty funny that the symbol meant one thing to Pope John Paul, and something completely different to a black metal band like Gorgoroth. Once you start looking for a pattern or image in nature, you'll see it everywhere. I've been collecting images of inverted crosses for a little over a year, whether they be graffiti, tape on the floor, fluorescent light support beams, or just simply inverting the landscape of an ostentatious church's sign. This so-called "evil portent" has become somewhat ubiquitous in my life, yet nothing bad has come from it. Images taken around south Florida and New York City.
